Enjoy your stay at our peaceful, cozy, and funky home! Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is equipped with one king and one queen bed, with the master bedroom having its own private half bath.
The Nonagon, a nine-sided structure, reflects the unique vibe that is Asheville. Our home was designed with your comfort in mind, and with each room decorated with art reflecting the local culture, you'll feel right at home in Asheville from the moment you step inside.

The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and you'll be amazed by the comfortable mattresses. Get cozy with a good book in the living room on the comfy couch, stream your favorite media on smart TVs available in the living room, game room, and bedrooms, or have some fun in the game room, complete with a 7' Brunswick pool table and wall darts!
Cooking is a breeze in our fully equipped and clearly labeled kitchen, and breakfast is on us with local coffee from Dynamite Roasting Company and our yummy waffle bar. Enjoy!! Upon request, we can also provide local beverages, firewood, or a S'mores kit for a fee.
Need to get a little work done during your stay? No problem! We've got you covered with high speed internet and a desk area in the master bedroom. The Nonagon is conveniently located in South Asheville close to Lake Julian, and is a quick 8 minute drive from the Asheville Regional Airport. Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estates are only 11 miles away, and The Blue Ridge Parkway can be easily accessed as well. Take advantage of our close proximity to Lake Julian, which offers fishing, walking trails, disc golf, and paddle boat rentals.
Coming for adventure? Float the French Broad River with Beer City Tubing, located a quick 1 mile away. Or, check out The Riveter, which is only 4 miles away and boasts an indoor climbing gym, a bike park, and a yoga studio.
Looking for some great breweries? Spend some time at the one of a kind Sierra Nevada brewery, the legendary Highland Brewery with disc golf and volleyball courts, or head downtown and explore the South Slope!
