'Een kamer op de begane grond met naar wens een king size bed en 20 stappen van het zwembad is een aangename ervaring. Een balcon met privé zitje is heel plezierig in de avond. Ontbijt op het terras was goed en leuk om steeds mee te maken. Buffet Diner goed en bijna overdadig. Ook diverse andere restaurants op het terrein verkend. Het al genoemde zwembad is plezierig, even wennen aan het zout, maar zwemt heerlijk licht. Het zeewater zelf is wat moeilijk bereikbaar maar een eenmaal in het water...

'Diesesmal hatten wir ein Appartement im Hotel Istra das zwar sauber war aber schlecht gewartet! Einige Türen (u.a. Glastüren im Bad, Zwischentüren, Eingangstüren) waren nur mit Mühe zu öffnen, im Bad war eine transparente Abdichtung des Spritzschutzes der Glaswand ( ... ein billiger Austauschartikel) verkalkt und total verbraucht! Dies hinderte uns die Badewanne zu nutzen, es wae unzumutbar. Im Zimmer 108 war die Toilette nucht wirklich zu nutzen da der Wasserschwall bei der Spülung lediglich...

"Het is de tweede keer dat we verbleven in het hotel. Alles was heel goed geregeld, en het eten was voortreffelijk. De schoonmaak van de kamer liet soms te wensen over, de douche was soms echt niet schoongemaakt. Maar over het algemeen was onze ervaring zeer positief."
