'The window had wood blinds that were nice but!!!!!!, that let light in. No curtains to blacken the room. Street light pollution bled through. The staff are very nice . Difficulty sleeping'

'We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold...
