'Quaint property overlooking the Blue Ridge Parkway and easy access to downtown Galax. The house has all the necessities -- well-stocked kitchen, comfortable decks, clean bathrooms, plenty of living space. Especially enjoyed star-gazing in the front yard and hearing all the birds and other wildlife each morning and evening. Lovely space.'

'Fabulous location; Chateau Morrisette is a "must visit" winery. Peace and Pinecones was a perfect place to unwind and relax.'

'The property is super cool and unique! Sitting out on the deck was amazing.....surrounded by nature....family of swans, blue heron, and even some deer across the stream.The inside couch is a worn and covered in blankets to hide the wear and tear.....other than that the place was clean.If you plan on using the hot tub, i would recommend bringing extra towels. There are 6 bath towels (small bath towels), but no extras for the hot tub if 6 guests are staying.All in All.....great place! Would...

'Nice and cozy, internet and hot tub worked great, hot water, nice bath tub, comfy bed and lots of amenities (enjoyed some very tasty coffee in the morning!). Host was excellent at communication, we will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.'
