'I had a lovely weeknd here. You need to drive 15 minutes into la fortuna but it was worth it for the local culture and the birds!'

'Clean and comfortable. The soda next door is good for a quick bite (make sure to go and visit their donkey Balu in the garden). Road noise is pretty consistent so bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Close to everything in La Fortuna area. '

'I recently stayed 3 nights at Villa Floresta Monteverde, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa is located in a very quiet area, offering complete privacy—you don’t notice the neighbors at all. 'Wow! What a wonderful property, we did not want to leave. So comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful verandah and an outside bathtub and shower. Our teenagers loved it too, gorgeous pool area and comfortable rooms and great kitchen. We also so enjoyed viewing toucans, humming birds and other wildlife right from our porch. Good WiFi and netflix etc. Laundry also done for us. Overall a brilliant stay!'
