"We had a very pleasant stay at the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very professionally at reception and immediately felt well taken care of. The staff throughout the hotel were professional, efficient and very helpful. Everything was handled smoothly, and the service really contributed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were very happy with our experience overall. The hotel is well managed, the staff clearly take their work seriously, and the quality of service was excellent. We would be very happy to stay here again."

"Het inchecken verliep moeizaam omdat we een vier persoonskamer hadden voor 5 personen. Er moest een extra bed komen. Eerst moesten we daarvoor extra betalen, maar uiteindelijk toch niet. Het is een groot hotel met allerlei voorzieningen om de hoek. Ontbijt prima maar niet bijzonder. Zwembadje erbij is lekker."
