'Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and had basic facilities. Kitchen and kitchenware was set up nicely. One minor detail I would mention is that cleanliness. It’s not dirty or gross but lack on some aspects. The windows were foggy and dirty so I wouldn’t recommend paying for the partial ocean view you won’t be able to see it anyways (there’s no way to clean yourself). The black parts of the walls had white marks and scratches but that isn’t a big deal stuff happens....

'Great location, Friendly staff. We had the Panorama room, which was smaller than it looked like in the picture. Still very functional and nice interior. The matras from the bed is low on the floor and one side to the wall, this was, for us, not so practical. All together, because of the fabulous location, still happy with our choice. '

'The communication with the property management was no existent. We sent messages that were never replied to. Check in and out was terrible. If it wasn’t for some kind people helping us out we would have never got in the room. The self check in kiosk didn’t work and the only provided a local phone number to call in case of need. Unfortunately without a WiFi at the lobby or a local phone plan we could not reach anyone. Thankfully some kind people called management using their phone and we got a...

'Loved it. I come from 100+ degree state and to vacation in 76 degree weather during the summer month, it’s just too great. The hotel is close to what I needed on a vacation - food, drinks, and a chilling atmosphere.'
