Common area of the building is beautiful and a nice place to hang out and you get to know your neighbors there (we had a fun time hanging out in the Jacuzzi with ours). « We spent two weeks in this house. The house is lovely and so comfortable. The decor is colorful and welcoming and really says “Guatemala!” The kitchen is well equipped and we made many meals there. « First the place was everything! It is an indoor/outdoor experience. So bring your mosquito repellent! The view is amazing and is as described. « This is a house with rooms that are rented out. Some have shared bathrooms. There is a rooster that crows all night long right on the roof. The owners are nice and are renovating the house. A fair walking distance from the town center. »
