'Excellent villa in a superb spot. Panoramic views across Kalkan and Kalamar - really couldn't be any better. Large infinity pool (12m) which was invaluable for cooling off in the sunshine. Huge living space and bedrooms with effective air conditioning. Well appointed kitchen.We walked into town a few times and got a taxi back - super cheap (c.4) and very easy. 'Very nice villa. Clean and spacious. Fully equipped with complete kitchen, washing machine, airco in all rooms etc. Part of a gated community with similar villas and a common swimming pool and restaurant. Nice views on the bay of neighbouring Kalkan. We had a rental car which is usefully to get into town (10 minutes drive). Taxi can be ordered as well.'

'Fantastic villa! We loved our stay here. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, we loved cooking on the BBQ every night, would be great if there were a few BBQ utentsils. Ibrahim was always on hand if we needed him. Perfectly quiet area at the time of year we were here, super close to bars and supermarket and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. 'Villan ligger i ett lugnt område , där avkoppling och sol, bad i en stillsam miljö var det som vi njut av. Närhet till både affär och restaurang som passade oss perfekt. Vi kommer snart tillbaka '

'Prachtig sfeervol ingericht ruim huis met prive zwembad in rustige omgeving. We waren er met ons gezin met 2 pubers van 16 en 17 jaar. Er zijn 3 dezelfde huizen op een rij met uitzicht op de baai. Villa Meena is de meest linker. Het heeft op elke verdieping een balkon, waardoor veel ruimte en privacy. Vanaf het huis heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de hele baai. Je kunt buiten op het terras met elkaar eten en er is een BBQ. Er zijn 6 ligbedden bij het zwembad en parasollen, genoeg zon en ook...

'Villa Yar is a great villa. We had a superb stay there as a group of 11 adults. All the facilities we wanted were there. All the rooms are well presented with great views across Kalkan.'

'So, this was the first time that I'd ever stayed in a villa in Kalkan having previously stayed at a nearby hotel. Communication from the owner was great as was the payment procedure even though I was a little unnerved about not paying the deposit directly to VRBO. A quick chat with VRBO confirmed that this owner was the genuine article and was to be trusted. Prior to arrival, the owner sent us full details of the villa including WIFI, key safe codes, contact number and even step by step driving...

'The property was spotless upon entry and provided all the amenities we wished for. Walking distance to Kalcan which is important and communication with owner was perfect. They also provide a bespoke app which told us about the property as well as the area. Fantastic stay and would highly recommend. Thank you M'

"Het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie direct aan het strand met een zeer mooie en lange wandel boulevard. De kamer aan de voorkant van het hotel had een geweldig uitzicht, maar helaas was het balkon zo smal, dat er geen stoelen kunnen staan om bijvoorbeeld ‘‘s avonds van dit uitzicht te genieten. De inrichting van de kamer is misschien wat gedateerd, maar de bedden waren prima en de airco functioneerde uitstekend. Er zijn koffie en thee faciliteiten, maar die werden niet alle dagen aangevuld. De schoonmaak voldeed niet aan wat je van een vijf sterren hotel mag verwachten. Het ontbijt was oké, maar er zijn hotels in Antalya, die het kwalitatief en qua keuze beter voor elkaar hebben. Als het erg druk is zijn er bijvoorbeeld vaak te weinig theeglazen en de keuze van fruit was wat beperkt. Het zwembad is geweldig, de tunnel naar het strand een groot pluspunt, de fitnessruimte nogal rommelig. Het inchecken was wat omslachtig, tijdens het inchecken werden we tot bijna 10 keer onderbroken doordat de receptionist de telefoon moest opnemen. Al met al is het eindoordeel positief, ook als je naar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding kijkt."

"Kamer met een mooi uitzicht, goede airco en netjes onderhouden. Hotel ligt langs een heel drukke weg en op de vertrekroutes vd vliegtuigen wat voor een verschrikkelijk hels lawaai zorgt de gehele dag. Mooi tuintje met zwembad en verder nog een 2de groter zwembad . Eten is gans de week hetzelfde , kip , en niet echt lekker. Het personeel in de bediening kan moeilijk lachen. Het hotel ligt NIET ah strand, met gratis shuttlebus ongeveer 20 min. Conclusie : kom hier niet meer terug."
