This is the perfect getaway home for an enjoyable and relaxing stay in Annapolis. It is conveniently located within walking distance to USNA, Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, and everything that beautiful downtown Annapolis has to offer.
Be prepared to be impressed with this exquisite and meticulously cleaned and maintained home. We invite you to stay with us for a wonderful and easy-going experience during your time in beautiful Annapolis.
This home underwent a total renovation in the summer of 2017 with an open floor plan, amenity loaded kitchen and pantry. Features four bedrooms with comfortable furniture and beds, a spacious living room, separate TV/play room, private fenced-in backyard & fully furnished patio and a front porch with seating.

What an AMAZING beautiful home - the set up is great, the backyard is just wonderful - parking was a challenge with 3 cars - but we were able to use the street parking to the left of the house. We walked to everything all weekend - would definitely stay again.

Commissioning Week

Enjoyed a week with family & friends celebrating my son’s Comissioning at the USNA. This home was a great location to the Stadium for the ceremony & the USNA for events. Nice walking distance to restaurants & sightseeing spots. The open concept main level was great for hosting along with the comfortable backyard with the gas fire table. We would definitely use this home again! Laura was very accommodating in having extra bedding there for teenagers to sleep downstairs as well. The pantry had items to use for a family party & she welcomed us with spirits. So many amenities added to the comfort of this Nap-Town home!

Can’t say enough good things about this house. The house itself was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The location was within walking distance of all downtown attractions and local eateries. A win for us (and Navy)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our Navy football weekend could not have been better. This is the perfect place for eight people to gather. The home is spotless and we all appreciated having such a nice place to relax and visit for the weekend. We really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable backyard seating as well as the kitchen/living room spaces. Being able to walk to the stadium for the game and into town for shopping and dining was a real plus. It was a pleasure dealing with Laura; communications were detailed and timely. We hope to return next year, especially if a Navy football win can be guaranteed! Thanks again for a lovely time.

Awesome Annapolis Abode!

This is a fabulous home-the updates are beautiful. We rented this house while attending a wedding in the area. It is convenient to several hotels so friends could stop by. The layout, both inside and out, provides nice conversation spots for catching up with family. The kitchen and pantry are well-stocked and had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. The host is very easy to deal with. Will definitely book again on our next trip to the area.
