'This is a very cozy and well-equipped condo in a stunning location with spectacular views. There's both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, and a waffle iron but no toaster or microwave. Water is from a cistern, so plan to boil water or use bottled water for cooking and drinking (wish I'd known that in advance). The complex is a short walk to a sweet little beach. 'This is a truly perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet Caribbean vacation. The unit is clean and very well-appointed. The is a nice large balcony to relax on and look out at Shoal Bay. The tradewind breezes made it a perfect spot. It is a short walk to the beach which is among the softest sand I've ever been on. A walk down the beach leads to several beach bars & restaurants, which is very convenient and each had wonderful food. I can't say enough great things about this...

'The house is one of four units, only two of which were occupied when we were there. Well-made and well kept, with a fantastic view of Saint Martin from the balcony/porches. Our main problem stemmed from inability to use mapping programs due to the nameless house number and street. Fortunately, just about every Anguillan we ran into was super helpful and generous with time to help us find our way home on an almost daily basis. you will need a car – there are no stores or restaurants easily...

'The apartment was very modern and well kept. Home away from home. Very comfortable. TV in the bedroom and livingroom. AC in the bedroom and livingroom area to keep cool. The staff were extremely hospitable.'
