Flats in Angola

'They didn’t service the room at all. The towels dirty a used . No blankets on beds only 1 sheet a 1 bedspread. Office was closed never answered phone.'

'At check in I asked if I could have a room not on the main floor. Ended up receiving a room on the main floor because they were sold out. Went to the room open the door and it smelled like mold. Went back to the front desk asked for a new room and with no hesitation or questions asked same lady switched our room on the second floor. Wasted 20 mins of my time to received what I requested in the first place. This hotel is under construction, and the contractors do not pick up after themselves....

'Everything was clean. The breakfast was great but the quality of the beds were bad. We didn't sleep well at all. That's the whole reason that we go to the Hampton inn is because of the quality of the beds and this was the first time that they failed. So I guess we can't hold that against them as a whole. Hopefully we never run into this again.'
