'Quaint beach house in quiet neighborhood - with view of the ocean, loved the deck and beach chairs, we had morning views of a family of dolphins while we drank our coffee which was a great bonus - beach access is a walkable distance. Pro tip- Bring a wind resistant lighter if you want to use the charcoal grill! Plan ahead bring groceries, the closest stores are fairly expensive and not so close. 'We had a great stay. It was literally 2 minutes from the beach. Community pool and fishing pier within blocks and a playground with a basketball court across the road where you can see the kids from the deck. The kids rode bikes around the blocks and the community is very kid and family friendly. The rental had great sleeping arrangements and great communication.'

'Overall the house was great for 3/4 families with kids. The location to the beach was perfect -- very close. The "Cowboy" pool is perfect for kids 6 and under. The outdoor kitchen area downstairs would be really nice if it was a bit cooler. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and instructions were clear. The house could use some touch ups is my only gripe. 4.5/5 stars'

'My in-laws live in Houston. We haven’t been down in about 3 years. We live in Arkansas. When we come we usually get a hotel room or condo this time I wanted more bc we celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday. This house was everything and more!! So much room inside then you have the balcony and underneath too. Walking distance to the beach. Would recommend this house for anyone who has fur babies they take everywhere with them! 'House was very spacious for my group of 11 people. House was cleaned and as it was described. The location was very convenient, just a small 2 minutes drive to the beach, you can even see the beach from the top balcony. Kitchen was very equipped, had all the necessary utilities for cooking. The game room and pool was a plus for our children between the ages of 9 and 11. Overall, a perfect place for big families, church groups or friend groups. The property can use a bit of an upgrade but overall we had a wonderful family time and the house was big enough to accommodate our group. The host was very responsive. '
