'Manu is a very friendly and helpful host! The flat is located in a close, so I was a bit concerned about safety at first, but seeing local children playing safely in the square right in front made me feel completely at ease. Unlike the city centre, it’s not an area packed with restaurants, but there are pubs and convenience stores nearby, so even if you don't cook every day, you’ll easily manage without any problem. I really enjoyed my stay.'

'This property is just as it's described and suited our family of 4 perfectly. We used the pull-out couch and it was very comfortable as well. The home had everything we needed and a small convenience store is next to the complex for anything you've forgotten. There were also a few restaurants and pubs within walking distance. A quick 15minute uber ride to downtown Oxford. Great flat, good price. More room than you expect from the photos!'

'Everything was as expected, though there was some un repaired damage and the towel warmer was heating the room up despite the apartment already being 30 degrees.'

'Comfortable stay. No issues. The host kindly arranged a microwave for us also on request which was really helpful travelling with small kids. One minor thing that could be improved - a clock in each room please. The clock in lounge wasn't working correctly.'

'The description of the property was incorrect. They only show the first and the second floor. They did not show the parking lot, which had a lot of traffic a lot of noise trucks delivering at night and kept me awake. Unfortunately, we were here for an examination at the college of law and disturb our peace of mind however, the place is very nice, but the location stinks.'
