'Check-in instructions were clear and easy, although with other rentals I have typically gotten them before I left home for the trip (within 12-24 hours of the stated check-in time). So I was a bit surprised when I contacted the owner the morning of, and was told they typically send them out at 1:00. They did send them though right away so that was all good. 'I had an enjoyable stay at Don's place. I love the comfort of the bed and the soft carpeting was like walking on a cloud. If you like air conditioning, this place is for you. The location is awesome because youre literally 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The neighborhood seemed safe to me. I would recommend to anyone.'
