Marchez presque partout au Alyeska Resort en séjournant au Chair Four Por Favor !

Settle into a comfortable **ground-floor two-bedroom home in Girdwood**, conveniently located within walking distance of Alyeska Resort and many of the area's restaurants, breweries, and everyday conveniences. The home accommodates up to four guests with a queen-sized bed in each bedroom, making it a practical choice for couples, families, friends, and travelers looking for a longer stay in the Girdwood/Alyeska area.

The property is located on the **free Girdwood shuttle route**, providing convenient transportation throughout the community. Guests can enjoy easy access to Alyeska Resort and nearby village amenities without relying on a vehicle for every outing.

The home has an interesting piece of Girdwood history. Built in 1964 and raised in 1978, the lower level originally served as a gift shop for tour-bus visitors and later housed a local bike shop. Today, it has been converted into a two-bedroom dwelling while retaining its original Alaska-themed mural, including a depiction of a malamute that belonged to the local librarian.

Pets are welcome upon approval. A pet fee of $30 per pet, per night applies. Please note that Expedia's booking system (or other affiliated channels) may not collect the pet fee at checkout. If you are traveling with a pet and the fee is not included in your reservation total, we will collect it separately after booking. By booking with a pet, you acknowledge and agree to this additional fee. For extended stays, please inquire about monthly pet rates. Pet fees help offset the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep our pet-friendly properties clean and comfortable for all guests.

Coin-operated laundry is available in a shared laundry room used by both units. Because this is the ground-floor unit of a two-unit property, normal activity from the upstairs unit may be heard.

Self check-in allows for convenient arrival, including later arrivals. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee with advance notice.

Guests also receive an exclusive **10% discount with Alaska Travel Adventures**. Their current day-tour offerings are primarily in Southeast Alaska, so this benefit may be particularly useful for travelers who are also visiting destinations such as Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway, or Sitka.

For travelers who value location, easy access to Alyeska Resort, village transportation, and the character of a historic Girdwood property, this home offers a comfortable and convenient Alaska base.
