-Quiet Hours: Please respect community quiet hours as required by local HOA guidelines 10pm-8am

Garage Access: Garage is not included with the rental

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times 8 guests

Security Hold: A $300 authorization hold is required prior to check-in and released after departure(non Airbnb bookings)

Payment Processing Fees: Credit card processing fees are non-refundable
