This property was a great location for folks going to Disneyland. It was easy to get checked in and the communication was good. Our only concern was that the bathrooms could use some additional care. We noticed some mold buildup on the ceilings above both showers.

Great location

About a 15min walk to Downtown Disney. House is clean and fully stocked kitchen. Pool isn’t heated, but wasn’t a reason not to swim. Jacuzzi was a little dirty and pool service didn’t clean it, so we didn’t use it during our stay. This was the reason for 4 stars regarding cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again

Close to Disney, Cleanliness needs Improvement

I booked this home for three nights, 8/12 - 8/15 for my family of 5. The proximity to Disney is super convenient, although it is not .6 miles away. It is super close so that wasn’t an issue. This home is spacious and nicely decorated. My family enjoyed the game room and parking is convenient. Yan is responsive to texts and check in was easy. I had two primary issues with this home. The first is that it was not thoroughly cleaned. Initially, I texted Yan to inform them of a few dead bugs on the floor in various locations and some crumbs left in the kitchen sink. This was annoying but not initially a dealbreaker. Yan responded saying they thought this was left by their handyman? Ok, that didn’t make sense to me but I figured hey, we will give the place a chance. After seeing a couple of live bugs, cog webs in the bathroom and having an uncomfortable night where we were all stuffy and had pet hair from a previous renter on some of our clothes, we decided to leave a day early. We had planned to spend the next few days in Encinitas and were lucky that home was available for an extra day (for $500+) so that worked out, but never did I receive an apology from Yan. The response was they would let their cleaners know. That is not the level of service I expect when paying this rate. According to a review left in July that I just saw, there were dead bugs present, so this is not a new issue. This is not a “sparkling clean” property.

Perfect family home near Disneyland

This home was in a very quiet neighborhood with easy parking. It is close to Disneyland, but best to just take an uber for less than $10. The pool was perfect. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I would plan another trip around staying at this house again. We were there for a meeting in Huntington Beach with time for a day at Disneyland. We also had 2 small dogs. They loved the back yard and neighborhood walks.

Great location!

Enjoyed my stay and recommend the property if you are looking for a larger home close to Disneyland. All of the bedrooms were spacious, the kids room was a bit tight but the bunk beds were comfortable and safe. A lot of seating on the living room dining room. The house can accommodate a group of 11 but it would be a bit crowded. I think 8 or less would be ideal. The pool was really nice and warm. The only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 is cleaning there were some dead bugs and several cobwebs so a bit more attention to detail on cleaning and this would be a 5 star property.

This house was perfect for our family. Everyone loved the beautiful oasis of a yard, and the pool was clean and lovely. Inside you have everything you have at home, and plenty of game space in the garage. Beds were all liked by our family members, and the kitchen was well-apportioned. Just about 7 minutes to Disneyland with Uber, including traffic.

Great location, awesome house

My family of five - two adults and three adult children - stayed here for a week. The house is clean, quiet and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We walked to and from the Disney parks a couple of days and got an Uber a couple of days and both are really convenient. The pool was too cool to use while we were there and didn't want to heat it since we knew we would be gone most days. We did use the hot tub once or twice a day and it was awesome after a long day on our feet. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spot - Great Communication

The location of the property is great. I don't think there are many options with this much privacy and space this close to Disneyland. A SCOOTER 4 U, INC. dropped a scooter off at our front door at 7:30am, and it's a quick ride/walk to either Downtown Disney or the Disney Parking Tram. The backyard was amazing, hot tub was hot, pool was great after a long day at the park. FOUR bedrooms, so much space. It was great.

Upon arrival, we were immediately taken by the property's well-maintained appearance and the welcoming vibe it exuded. Navigating Unforeseen Hurdles

Regrettably, providing an accurate review of this property proves challenging, as we encountered another family already occupying the premises upon our arrival, attributed to a "software" glitch. Subsequently, we were redirected to an alternative property, following the hosts' decision to "relocate another group." While it was stressful at the time, the hosts provided a solution and the substitute house we eventually stayed in proved to be satisfactory, although miles away from our desired location.

Hard to find a better home or get closer to Disney!

This house was well setup for the 5 adults that showed up to be kids again at the happiest place on earth. Yan made check-in and check-out easy and had everything we needed to use the house as base of operations while we ran all over the Los Angeles basin spending the days hitting the sights and going to some fantastic restaurants in Burbank and out at Manhattan Beach. We didn't use the pool or the hot tub but I did check the temp and they were nicely warmed up, very clean, but didn't wreak of chlorine. the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal for an army, and the fridge held days of leftovers. The house is a short 2 minute drive from the entrance to the Pixar Pals and Mickey & Friends garages. If you want to walk, it's a short 1 mile walk to the entrance to downtown disney. If you find yourself deciding between this one or another... I can tell you I would book this house again! Have fun!

Awesome Disneyland family rental!

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Disneyland. 5 minutes or so to the different parking lots gave us the option to walk or park and ride plus come back for a nap without wasting a ton of time. We had a blast, thank you!

Our stay at this VRBO exceeded all expectations. It's the kind of place that leaves you longing to return even before you've left. Wonderful home for Disney vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for our Disneyland vacation! My kids were so delighted with the bunk room and so excited there were even toys! The garage game room was a fun bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were comfortable. The rain showers were also so nice. We didn't get a chance to use the pool since it was chilly for our visit, but it looked very inviting. Overall, we would definitely stay again!
