- An optional pool heating fee applies if heating service is needed.
- Extra guest fee of $30 per night per guest for parties over 8, up to a maximum of 11 guests including infants under 2 years old.

Getting Around:
This house is less than a mile from Disneyland Park. You can also take OCTA bus 83 - its terminal is on Ball Rd, about one block away - and it's only two stops to the Disneyland Park entrance.

- **Quiet Hours**:
- Between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., enforced by the City of Anaheim.
- **Check-In Requirements**:
- Prior to check-in, guests must provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification.
- **Smoking Policy**:
- NO SMOKING inside the home, including the game room, at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs.
- **Occupancy and Booking Policies**:
- The initial daily price is for 8 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per guest per night; a maximum of 11 people is permitted.
- Infants under 2 are counted toward the headcount for occupancy.
- No additional visitors unless approved by the host.
- Minimum booking age is 21 years old.
- Minimum stay is 3 nights.
- We reserve the right to decline requests that would leave a 2-night gap in the calendar.
- **Pool Heating and Hot Tub**:
- Optional pool heating fee (subject to change):
- Winter months (Nov-Feb): $150 for the first day, $60 per additional day.
- Warm months (Oct, March, April, May): $100 for the first day, $40 per additional day.
- Summer months (Jun-Sept): $60 for the first day, $30 per additional day.
- The hot tub is always on, with no additional charge to use. In winter months we strongly recommend using only the hot tub, for energy conservation.
- **Security Measures**:
- We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7 and have access to recorded footage at all times. Cameras are located in the front yard, back yard, and side yard. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and unregistered guests in our properties.

- The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables.
