'We had a two-night stay with our two kids at this hotel. The location was convenient, and parking and breakfast were included. However, the property felt outdated, from the elevator to the worn furniture. The air conditioning was loud and directly blew onto our desk, and the bathtub faucet leaked. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and housekeeping was only provided upon request. The breakfast was minimal. At check-in, the front desk felt cold and unhelpful. On checkout morning, the toilet wouldn’t flush....

'Overall I liked it and stayed here alone so as a woman I was a little afraid but for the most part felt safe, knowing there were families near and staying here too was very helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and comfy and the staff was all nice and kind. There is a little bit of a sketchy feel to things because it is close to the freeway, a 24 hour Dennys and what seems like a truck spot but I did not have any problems and would stay here again. The pool seemed nice, family pizza place was...

'The room were very spacious and trendy. But the walls are thin. We could hear all that was going on next door, more than we wanted. At night someone entered our room. When we told the staff member the following morning he just said 'okay' and no apology or reason. The room was not tidied when we came back the second day. Just towels that we did not want changed and the trash bins were emptied. We were very excited when we came in, but the experience itself was disappointing and the fact that...

'Ideal base to visit Disneyland resort ( a short 1,5 km walk).
Room was clean and spacious. The hotel complex looks sketchy and like it could use a revamp; but inside it's much better than it looks from the oustide. Walls and doors however are very thin and since there are a lot of tourists and traffic; it can get noisy in the room (especially the street side where we stayed).
Clean pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very basic, not a lot of choice.
Enough free parking available on site.'
