'The owner replies expeditiously. We had no issues during our stay. Everything was perfect!The property is a literal paradise. The owner has 2 hummingbird feeders (freshly filled) on the front porch & the numerous hummingbirds out on a show for most of the day-everyday. There are 2 bird feeders in the yard for the birds. There different species of birds feeding & squirrels feeding throughout the day. I have to mention the deer that come to drink from the pond & eat every morning & evening. We...

'The house was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.'

'Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit. Pros: Plenty of space, has washer and dryer, close to town and quiet neighborhood.'

'This is a first class property. This beautiful and spacious, lofted, cathedral ceiling structure and furnishings are brand new and immaculately maintained. It is situated on a quiet countryside setting with a small pond as the backdrop. Plenty of room to take the dogs out to stretch their legs. The host’s photographs posted on the listing speak for themselves. He reached out multiple times to make sure everything was good and was responsive to our inquiries. 'This house is perfect for us and a few friends going to the lake during the day and hanging out at the house at night in the hot tub and on the patio. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking . The host is great and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable and The bar area is super nice. Overall we really enjoy staying at this house and are ready to book again its just a super cool place and just a few minutes from the boat ramp.'
