'We had an awesome stay. The place was super clean. It smelled so good in our room. Description was very accurate. We used the grill outside and had a fire. Was super close to trails gas and food. Communication with the owner was great. They were here when we got here. Super nice people. Street in front of place was busy with side by side traffic. ( it was a Holiday weekend). 'We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!'

'Very convenient location, close to Rock House and Devil Anse systems. We had a power outage our first night and Gary stopped in to check that we were okay and see if we needed more batteries for the provided lanterns. Just a note, when the power is out, the wifi obviously goes, too, and cell service though both Verizon and AT&T is nonexistent until you get closer to the gas station on 44 and 52. 'Our trip was great! The house felt like our home away from home. They had everything we could’ve needed! It was a great home base for riding the Bearwallow trails. The road up to the house is a little narrow but no issues if you take your time. Most people are nice and move over as far as they can. Everyone was very friendly and we had some good conversations.
