'Room was fairly clean did see some body hair under the sheets on mattress. Pool was a bit dirty too but I did see staff clean it daily so I’m not too sure about the deep cleaning. Breakfast was not good. upon walking in they have dog treats and green apples before you get to the front counter to take which was nice. The room had a pull out couch so more people could stay there. They advertise crib but it’s a pack n play. Overall stay was decent. '

'Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh! Really like this hotel. There is coffee/tea and hot cocoa 24/7 so it was nice to be able to go down to the dining room and sit down with a cup of tea in the evening. '

Rooms stink and bathrooms smelled bad.
Rooms I booked were given to another customer with similar last name, and the check-in guy gave me key cards to the same room and we walked in on with stuff all over the place, freaking all of us out. BIG BLUNDER!!!
I WOULD RATHER THEY RE-IMBERSED ME MY MONEY AND APILOGIZE.
