'This fourplex is within walking distance to the beach, just across 3rd Street, and near many bars and restaurants. Definitely big enough for 2 people, and I believe would be comfortable for 4. A workable, useable kitchen. Convenient washer and dryer. Very mid-century, I very much enjoyed the terrazzo-inspired tile in the bathroom. Easy check-in and check-out. Only thing about this place is if you are older you probably won’t enjoy two flights of stairs! This was mentioned in the write up. I missed it. Two beds in one bedroom downstairs and then the second floor was where you found the living room and kitchen and a 1/2 bath.
