'Pros: Casa veramente carina e pulita, proprietari carinissimi e gentilissimi. Posizione ottima, vicino hai un mini market, una rosticceria e una lavanderia a 1 minuto a piedi. A 5 min a piedi hai bar e altri servizi. Per andare al mare si può benissimo andare in bici e in 10 min sei arrivato. Se hai un cane come noi hai un giardino grandissimo dove farlo correre. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Posizione tranquilla Cons: L’unico neo sono i materassi scomodi'

'Pros: La gentilezza della host, nell’appartamento c’era proprio tutto: indispensabile x cucina e bagno, una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo, cialde per il caffè, tostapane, phon, spazio lavanderia, aria condizionata, arredo minimal ma di gusto. Cons: La scala per salire in camera è un po’ “insidiosa”'

'Sehr schöne Lage. Nettes kleines Häuschen mit ausreichend Platz für unsere kleine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre alt). Obwohl außerhalb gelegen, ist man sehr schnell in La Spezia, usw.Chiara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit vielen guten Tipps. Sie kümmert sich super schnell und gut um Fragen und Anliegen.'

'Dave was wonderful!!!! We missed our train so we took a taxi not knowing the taxi could not drive into the gated neighborhood. Dave came to get us and carried our luggage up the stairs!! Which was a feat in itself! He was kind and so very helpful giving us tips on where to eat and what to see! Even sending us links to the train for day passes! The property was clean and beautiful!!! Wish we could have stayed longer!!! Highly recommended!!! '
