'Swan Studios is perfect when visiting family and friends. Its self contained so can come and go without worry. Rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave if needed. We have stayed here now on several occasions and the standard has been the same. Looking forward to our next stay'

'Spacious, washer and dryer'

'Flat was in an excellent location for us being just across the road from a lovely dog friendly beach with a cafe that did fabulous breakfasts. We were very happy with our stay and the owner was easy to communicate with. However I will mention that the outside area is very scruffy and bins were overflowing with lots of bottles on the floor. The flat itself was clean and tidy although inside bin hadn’t been properly emptied from previous tenants. Mattress on double bed could probably do with...

'The company managing the property only seemed interested in telling us about their requirement to make an arrangement to cover breakages at the property during our stay. We could either pay an insurance fee or a deposit which would be returned minus an administration fee 14 days after we vacated the property - why 14 days? There was no clear information about this requirement until after the booking was made, by which time we could not cancel. We assumed that due to the operation of a scheme...
