'Brand new appartement, all looked great, new and clean. Very much above our expectations. The only thing we did not like were the limited options for food & beverages at the pool and the pool water was quite cold. Very nice and helpful staff everywhere! '

They were also careful not to put their guests at any risks because there was a day where the weather conditions were not favorable, and any excursions for snorkeling and scuba diving were cancelled, but rescheduled for better weather. 'First of the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, their communication was next level (shout out to Tais, who even decorated my daughter’s bedroom when she found out it was her birthday!) 'The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....

'This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and spacious came with a microwave, mini fridge, robes, slippers anything you needed was readily available the Staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome they have a restaurant and on-site food was always on point. They offer a complimentary boat ride back into the town area literally 5 minutes they have a schedule but honestly if we were late or early you just message them and they were very accommodating to pick up they made dinner reservations for...

'The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Well stocked on amenities. The only issue is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It is about 1hr away from secret beach on a golf cart. Downtown is about a 25min drive. Cecelia was very helpful and we felt very safe and well taken cared of. We will definitely come back. '
