'Everything was good. The pool was a bit small as we expected it to be bigger. Very kind staff and helping out whenever required.'

'Zeer mooi hotel.

'In the middle of Ha Noi life. Highlights at walking distance. Cozy hotel with extremely friendly staff. '

'Top personeel, behulpzaam, locatie prima tegenover een grote shopping mall'

'Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, did not get a chance to spend much time at the sky bar and pool area but did briefly check it out to enjoy some fresh air and lovely views of the city. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.'

'Very cost effective and friendly staffs'

'clean and updated room. professional and friendly staff. breakfast is abundant. five star all the way.'

'Net hotel, uitstekend ontbijt en zeer behulpzaam personeel'

'The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...

'Didn't try but they gave us takeaways, very kind of them.'
