« The downtown location of this hotel is incredible - you can walk to restaurants, shops, and breweries. Parking was easy, the room was TO DIE for, the whole property is incredibly clean, tbe breakfast is delicious, there’s coffee/tea/water all the time, the patio between houses is super nice, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was amazing. 15/10, literally cannot wait to go back. »

« Staff was great, room was very nice. Our only complaint was there were only two coffee pods for the coffee maker and no condiments. There were four of us staying in the room, would have been nice to wake up and have a cup of coffee for everyone. »

« The owner and the manager are incredibly warm and welcoming. The place is absolutely charming and everything is making you feel at home, and better! From breakfast to the late afternoon wine and cheese, it is like joining a club and sing immediately welcome into it. »

« We travel as a family with two dogs. We have stayed at this embassy three times and love it. We have never had an issue. It is clean, has a wonderful breakfast, and is in walking distance of downtown attractions. »

« Great service, staff and basically everything but the room. Rooms are tiny, like you're in Midtown NYC, but it's AVL. Zero counter space. Bathroom is like a phone booth, wakes up entire room with light. Sink not in bathroom. Super rough towels. Beds not super comfy. No fridge. Hotel experience is great. Rooms are awful. »

« Great location. Clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the outside sitting area near the bar. The pool and pool area looked wonderful. It was a little cool to use it. I will recommend this place, and I will stay again when I return to Asheville! »
