Call at the nature reserve and head back to the charming village, where you have a choice of two good pub/restaurants for lunch or evening meals. You can drive to nearby Alnwick Castle and famous Gardens, the magnificent Bamburgh Castle, Seahouses’ bustling harbour and take a boat trip to the Farne Islands.

Two steps lead up into the dual aspect, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with high ceilings and exposed beams adding to the sense of light and space.
