'The staff were very welcoming, the lobby was very clean and updated it didn’t prepare you for the room. I was not expecting for it to be so warped (the headboards) and the sheets had stains on them so I shared the bed with my daughter despite having booked a double. Overall the hotel was just mediocre.'

'The location was great. The hot water was not as hot as we would like. Was not aware the room was only cleaned on request. Was out all day and came “home” to an uncleaned room. They did offer to clean the room but it was late and we were tired and needed some rest. They did bring us some towels.'

'Property was very nice and clean. The only suggestions I have would be to not make the bathroom fan connected to the light. It’s awful for someone with sound sensitivities to have to run the fan anytime the bathroom light is on. Also we were 2 rooms down from the elevator and could hear the ding of the elevator clearly all night long. The walls must be thin or the bell loud.'
