Location is very convenient in center Alexandria where all important places are within a walking distance or a short ride.
Staff are very friendly and respectful.
Street noise is a little loud.
Overall, Highly recommended hotel.
I gave some recommendations to the management team regarding the property to take care off and they promised to do.

'Een fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Hoewel je zachtjes de menigte van de mall beneden hoort, vonden wij dit juist prettig en rustgevend om bij in slaap te vallen.
We verbleven meerdere dagen in Egypte en hadden dit hotel voor slechts twee nachten geboekt omdat we meerdere plekken wilden zien. Achteraf hebben we spijt dat we hier niet langer zijn gebleven. Het was een geweldige ervaring!

'We had such a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special — truly some of the most accommodating people we’ve ever met. As a lovely surprise, they even comped our dinner at the Italian restaurant, which isn’t part of the all-inclusive package. It was an incredible experience — highly recommend it if you enjoy Italian seafood with a creative Egyptian twist. Definitely a must-try!
