'Slechte service, niet vriendelijk, helemaal niet schoon, eten is niet lekker, drinken bestellen duurt uren, deur van de kamer gaat niet op slot en als hij op slot is, gaat hij niet meer open tot dat ik iemand roep. Lampjes zijn kapot en heb gevraagd om te vervangen, maar is niks gebeurd. Kortom, vreselijk! Alleen het strand en de zee waren leuk en mooi.'

'I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. 'This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe.'
