Incredible Villa 10 min from old town Pollensa!

Fantasic Villa Fanta for 4 guests, just ten minutes by car from the old town of Pollensa!



The spacious lot of nearly 7,000 square meters features a private pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 1.9m) and cool-water jacuzzi, flanked by thriving gardens on each side. Share meals and memories under the covered terrace, snacking on meats prepared on the built-in barbecue nearby.



Step inside to view the airy living/dining room where large windows overlook the pool and patio. A galley-style kitchen houses all the amenities you would find in your own home, and a kitchen door leads out to the terrace.



Down the hall, take your pick of one of two bedrooms, which share a full bathroom and shower. The first bedroom has one double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.



Guests at historic Villa Fanta can enjoy proximity to local sites such as Pollença (5.1km), Puerto Pollença (12km), and Cala St. Vicente (10.8km). The nearest beach is 12km from the villa, a supermarket is just 5.5km away, restaurants are 5.5km away, and a golf course is 8.3km away.
