Villa's in Alcúdia

'Alles perfekt bis auf die Stromabrechnung. Wir waren sehr überrascht über den Preis von 120 Euro, obwohl wir nie gekocht haben. Wir beutzten einige Male die Waschmaschine, aber wir haben krine Erklärung für die Höhe der Rechnung'

'We visited this house in may 2018 and had a fantastic time with 2 little kids and 2 adults. The house is spacious and very cosy. We liked the beautiful garden with the citrus trees and flowers. Every 2 days we got a fresh pile of towels and the house is very very clean. In the evening we enjoyed the outsider bbq and the nice environment. 'Tolle Villa mit einem schönen großen Grundstück. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem alles Wichtige in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder haben es genossen! Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder kommen!'

'Eine ruhig gelegene Finca, mit einem tollem Garten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt gut genossen. Ein kleines Manko: Mücken gab es einige. Da sollte man nicht empfindlich sein. Der Pool ist angenehm und unter den Bäumen fällt angenehmer Schatten. Die Poolreinigung fand nach Anfrage per Email statt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist rustikal. Die Gartenanlage hat viele verschieden Pflanzen, die automatisch bewässert werden. Die Pflege des Gartens könnte umfangreicher sein. Ich kann die Finca weiter empfehlen!'

'Die Finca ist wunderschön gelegen mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Privatsphähre ist unschlagbar. 😍 Aber die Lavabo -und Duschhahnen sollten unbedingt ersetzt, oder zumindest instand gestellt werden. Auch die Sitzkissen ausserhalb sollten ersetzt werden .'

'Tony's contemporary villa is located in a secluded and peaceful location on the Alcudia coast. It has an unobstructed gorgeous ocean view from every corner of the house (rolling up the metal gate and sitting at the small round table watching the sunset in the evening was my favorite). The villa is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. I liked some the touches like the welcoming bottles of champagne, water, and coffee pods in the fridge. 'This is such a nice place to stay, close to the beach and with a really good bar next door that does lovely food and drinks. The pool and outdoor area is so good for relaxing The owner was really friendly and helpful and communicated quickly. We’d definitely come again. Thank you!'

'We enjoyed our stay. We had good communication upon arrival with our host, however there was a bit of a language barrier. Luckily Google translate helped us out. The house is nice and has plenty of room and a nice pool. We had some struggles with the power and non functioning air conditioning, despite the actions of the host. Also, some utilities are a bit worn / outdated.'

'Woning is wat verouderd en ouderwets ingericht, maar we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De bedden waren aan de harde kant. Het zwembad was een topper! Het uitzicht vanachter op het natuurpark is geweldig.'

'We stayed in this property as a family of five, children aged 10-12. The house is very large which is great as everyone has their own space. The pool was brilliant for our children and it was cleaned during our stay. The house is about a ten min walk to a number of really nice coves for sea swimming and snorkling. We were able to walk to a couple of bars and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this property.'

'We had a wonderful stay in Alcudia. We are so glad we stayed there vs Palma- it was much more laid back. The town was within walking distance and with many shops and restaurants. Overall the home was great for our stay, but there were a few things that would have made it better. -There is no dryer or clothes line to hang clothes after they are washed. (add a dryer) -Fill up the hand soap to full in all the bathrooms- by the time we got to the 4th day they were all empty. -A starter roll of paper...

'Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Dennoch sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strände - alles ist in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Blick aufs Meer aus dem Schlafzimmer ist einmalig. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Danke!'

'Wir waren mit zwei Familien vor Ort und hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit! Die Finca besticht durch ihre super Ausstattung, den wunderschönen Ausblicken auf die Bucht von Pollenca und das Grundstück an sich. Alles ist sehr gepflegt - ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Oliver ist als Gastgeber äußerst hilfsbereit und unterstützt einen bei allen Fragen. Vielen Dank für einen herrlichen Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!'
