'The service was exceptional. After reserving my room on a third-party site, I was placed in a room that was too noisy (2d floor next to a train track). This was not intolerable on the weekend, but come Monday, there was constant traffic on the tracks starting at 05:00. When I mentioned this to the staff, they moved me to a room that was as far away from the tracks as possible. I ended up extending my stay. Room service was pretty fancy. The chef makes an amazing mushroom soup. '

'Hotel and amenities themselves were great and made for a comfortable stay. A few things that really stood out was the private balcony overlooking the street with a clear view of Calgary tower. As well as having easy access to two different restaurants that were attached to the hotel. Room service from one restaurant is available for even more convenience. There's also a 7-11 gas station a very short walk away from the hotel, practically right next door. Calgary Tower is also within walking...
