'Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out.'

'Met all our needs.'

'The staff were friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle service was prompt and safe. The washing machine & dryer were inexpensive and easy to use. The elevators worked smoothly. The floors were solid and there was limited external noise from the corridor. The room was clean overall and free of odors. Walking paths near the hotel were asphalt, clear of debris and refreshing to walk. A map of those in the area would have been nice to have. We did not access their breakfast services.'

'Great location next to the airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.'

'Stayed for an overnight before flying out of the Albany airport. Convenient location to the airport, as well as shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking, room. Extremely clean, property nicely kept and our room was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Clean, quiet'

'Dirty filthy bathroom! Terrible continental breakfast!'

'We stayed here for one night with our two pets (cat and dog) while moving cross country. Everything was so nice and the staff was helpful and kind! We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.'

'Zoals gewoonlijk, alles goed, mooie ruime kamer en prima ontbijt!'

'Convenient location. Good alternative to in town location at a better price. Pleasant staff. Easy check in. Quiet room, good coffee options.'

'Hotel is spotless and obviously new! Rooms are nice and comfy. The only issue we had was the people above us had a dog that was thumping on the floor until midnight and started again at 6 in the morning! Nothing the hotel could do about it but two nights of that was not ideal. We already booked the hotel for our trip next month so still a great find!'

'Great room and breakfast to get the day started . Walking distance to colonie mall.'

'The property and room were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice surprise with so many options to chose from.'
