'The restaurant, coffee service, and breakfast staff were outstanding—attentive, welcoming, and truly delivered an excellent guest experience. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. 'The view is absolutely stunning! There's quite a big difference in rooms. Some of the rooms are completely renovated (specially the bathroom) and others are not. We got lucky and received a brand new room, but friends of ours didn't and the bathroom was in real need of renovations. The reception isn't always that friendly, but overall we had a very nice stay, the view (such a beautiful bay) and breakfast (what is wonderful, by the way) make up for those little inconvenients '

'Het is een vrij nieuw hotel. Het zwembad heeft een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht. Wij verbleven met z’n 5-en (2 volw, 3 kinderen (15,13,7) in de familie suite. Goede bedden, schone kamer. Goede stille airco. Het Dhermi strand is met de auto vlakbij 20 minuten rijden en heeft leuke en mooie restaurants waar je goed kan eten. En bedjes kan huren. '

'I have traveled Albania for three weeks and it's always lovely, but Ebel was absolutely the nicest hotel I stayed in during my trip. They served a world-class breakfast that was delicious, homemade, locally sourced, and had everything someone could want. Their pool and spa facility is beautifully renovated with its dim indirect lighting and interior design, and their Finnish saunas are excellent.
