Thanks to its friendly feeling, modern decor, whitewashed walls and ultra modern amenities, this villa will not disappoint even the most demanding guests. With a wide array of shops, bars, restaurants, sandy beach within easy walking distance, a car is not essential! (please note that, if visiting during winter months, a car will be necessary as nearest year-round facilities are 4km away).



The indoor accommodation of Villa Bellavista is set over one floor and is accessed via a set of steps from the panoramic sea-facing road "Passeig Maritim". All the rooms, opening onto private terraces, offer sensational views both during the day and at night, adding further value to an already truly special villa. Entrance is via the spacious lounge, with 2 large sofas, satellite TV, high speed wi-fi internet, air-conditioning and bathroom with shower. Next to the lounge there are 2 airy bedrooms, one double and one twin, both having en-suite shower rooms. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for a fully self-catering holiday and opens to the side terrace featuring barbecue and outdoor dining area for delicious al-fresco meals while enjoying the breathtaking views.



As for the indoor areas, also the outdoor terraces of Villa Bellavista provide the same kind of unobstructed views over the bay and the majestic hills of Cala en Porter. The relaxing and inviting private plunge pool (which is heated, INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE, all year except from the months of june-july-august-september as during peak summer months the water is naturally warm) measures 3m x 2m and depth is 1.4m. Comfortable sunbeds are provided to enjoy the shining Menorcan sun all day long. The swimming pool is open and available for the guests all year round.



NOTES: Due to the particular design and features, the villa is mostly suitable for adult guests or families with older children.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, mid stay cleanings for stays of 10 or more nights (with change of linen/towels), are included in the rental rates. Pool heating is included in the rental price (except from the months of june-july-august-september).
