« Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. »

« The villa is gorgeous - there is a space for everything and everyone! A master bedroom is a spacious room with a big balcony, other rooms have convenient layout, so nobody would feel crammed. Two bedrooms are with bathrooms, so there is no competing for them. It's super convenient when you travel with family members of different age groups. « Het was een mooi, schoon en opgeruimd huis. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heel fijn dat ze zoveel beddengoed en handdoeken hebben. Elke badkamer had een mandje met hygiëne en verzorgingsproducten. Super handig! De locatie is ook prima bereikbaar met de auto en het huisje volledig privacy! Wij hebben genoten van het warme grote zwembad. Echt ik raad iedereen dit huisje aan. Wij komen graag terug! »

« The property was not located in Alanya as per the address on our booking. The villa is located on the top of a hill, in The Mahmutlar area. The road to the villla is unsafe, with poor visibility, surrounded by construction and rubbish. Lots of ants inside the villa, we got bitten many times. « The property is exactly as advertised. We were 5 guys from Germany and had an amazing stay. Especially the mornings and evenings were wonderful with that fantastic view. The Host Bahar and Housekeeper Mehmet were super friendly and easily reachable if we had any questions. About a 5 minute drive away is a small supermarket were we found all the stuff we needed. « L'hôtel est très bien, superbe piscine et le personnel parfait. L'accueil à notre arrivée n'était pas bon, le responsable du site doit revoir son hospitalité. Les clients doivent être accueilli dans de bonnes conditions. Il aurait été appréciable d'être informé des restrictions liées au covid19 avant notre arrivée. Nous comprenons ces restrictions toutefois, nous avons dû écourter notre séjour à l'hôtel en raison des options qui pourtant sont vendues en ligne mais ne sont plus d'actualités lors...
