'The lady on front was'

'Shower flooded during stay. Maintenance never came back to fix it. Couldn't get a shower before having to drive 8 hrs home. Was told credits could only be given through the 3rd party company that we booked through and not directly from the hotel. Disappointing because we always stay here. Staff is willing to help however it took an hour to get bath towels to the room.'

I have kids that are allergic to pet dander so this was important. Our floor also had dogs in rooms next door so that was false information. The pets had pooped and peed all over the carpets on the hallway. Breakfast items were limited- when asking staff for even coffee they were out of items within 30...
