'The staff was nice and very helpful however the Penthouse was in need of a lot of work the electric stove was not working the first day we got there, the kitchen sink had no hot water there was no water throughout the apartment for two days. The staff did bring up a trash can full of water for flushing of toilets, At that time the pool was also closed started off our vacation very frustrating.
