  • Located right in the heart of the historic district, near the thermal baths parking lot and Pasteur, this quiet apartment has been completely renovated. It’s close to all shops and restaurants. It’s fully equipped and features air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
    The apartment is on the top floors of a small building, making it very quiet. On the first level, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. A staircase leads to the living room, which has a TV and Wi-Fi, and to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave). A second bedroom with two single beds (or one double bed, depending on your needs) is on the floor above.

This was the perfect spot to visit my daughter who is studying at the university in Aix. We were only 5 min from her apartment, the walkability was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, well stocked, everything we could have hoped for. Beautiful views from every window! Would highly recommend this place!

We loved this apartment! The location was perfect - market, restaurants, and the cathedral so close by. We felt very comfortable and “at home.” The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for times we ate in, needed to wash clothes, etc. I could see the stairs being an issue if you were a person with limited mobility. Xavier answered any question promptly. I hope we can return very soon!

Excellent apartment but needs more information for potential guests.The apartment is on 3 levels and the front door is 2 floors up. We are an older couple (70’s) and the stairs were difficult for us. Most stairs are without handrails and the front door and the attic bedroom door are directly onto stairs …awkward and potentially hazardous. The apartment is in a little alley in a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants but parking is 5 minutes away…..travelling light would be a big advantage here and we were not!There is a great master bedroom and bathroom on the entry floor of the apartment with stairs up to the living room and kitchen. The final flight of steep stairs ( handrail here) leads to the attic (twin) bedroom. This is 2 floors down to the bathroom…..you need a good bladder here! Also the door to this bedroom opens directly onto stairs….a problem particularly at night. This room is not suitable for the elderly or small children.The host was friendly and responded quickly when we had problems finding the key safe. All the information was provided within 24 hours of arrival mostly photos…..Sadly,I had mobile internet issues and didn’t get the photos and needed to go to a nearby cafe to contact Xavier…..mostly my fault but it may help to have directions and access info earlier with just the key code sent last minute.This apartment is beautifully renovated in a great location but is not for everyone.Probably best for fit younger couples. With
