« We arrived onsite to have the front door lock be broken, there was mold on the bannisters, there was water stains in several rooms, and bug beds in the new matresses. We brought all of this up to the property manager and he made excuses for everything, did not offer to clean or fix any of the problems and we have not been able to get in contact with him any more. Have put a complaint in with VRBO and waiting to hear from them. This place was not in a condition for us to stay and we ended up...
