'Spent a week at the hotel. We were not impressed with housekeeping. We would have to ask multiple times to get fresh towels, etc. Other guests would cook in their rooms and the smell would filter through the ductwork.'

'Air conditioning wirked properly'

'There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. '

'The room was clean and nice, but the common areas were dirty, with the floors, needing a good vacuum. I was surprised to find that breakfast is really only cereal and bagels. There was no hot meal offered, although that was my understanding . This property needs a good refurbishing at least in the common areas but the staff is helpful. '

'This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked.'

'First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. 'Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.'
