« We spent a wonderful moment here for the 2nd time. We saw many more birds than 4 years ago : all types of toucans, amazing trogons, a caracara, kiskadies, tangara, humming birds... Don't forget to give them papaya😉 The hotel's hotsprings are great while having a cocktail or a juice. We went to Las termalitas and to Arenal and we enjoyed it very much. Chalo and his family are very kind and reactive. You can try the pizzas in chachaga : they are delicious. We love this place and this house a lot! »

« We enjoyed our stay here, the home was spacious, awesome balcony with volcano view. Awesomely designed bathrooms, with good shower pressure. Beds were on the firmer side, which is great for some, but not for all. Had enough room for everyone, we only used the bedrooms downstairs. Neighborhood felt safe, people were friendly. « The house was clean, spacious and perfect for our party of 6. The house is in a gated community, so it felt very safe. The host was quick to respond to all questions, which we appreciated! Definitely recommend this house if staying in La Fortuna. »

« Oscar was a great host - the view is amazing and the location to the activities we wanted to do was perfect. The only things I would like to see improved are more places to hang or put your clothes and the main area was not air conditioned so it made it difficult to all hang out in the center area. The pool was great and the outdoor cabana was wonderful. »

« I’ll start of by saying the house is so unique and beautiful and is a perfect place to stay in La Fortuna. Having an open living space was great with a perfect view of Arenal. The property is located within walking distance of all the restaurants, sodas and grocery stores you need and a short drive to all the activities and adventures around Arenal. We were 2 families of 4 and the kids spent all their time in the pool when not out and we never felt on top of each other. Highly recommend this...

« The property was exactly what we needed for exploring the La Fortuna area. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed. It is located close to town and all the major tourist locations. The property is beautiful. We saw red eyed tree frogs out the kitchen window and a scarlet macaw in the trees next to the house. « This cabin has all the appliances needed. The backyard is full of life; the enourmous toad made me jump, before admiring it! A car is essential to get around. The cabin is not within walking distance from town or activities. It’s a 10 minute drive to anything, which guaranteed our desired quietude. « Great value with nice ousde shared kitchen and pool. Nice clean well maintained room. Friendly helpful staff. I like getting to know other travelers with the shared kitchen. Only downside it is on a main road with lots of noisy traffic. Bring earplugs. »
