'The room was clean! We had a very wonderful stay! A lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Foldable table would be nice to add in the deluxe cabin. Shelby was very responsive. Will def recommend the place!'

'From the moment we arrived, the cozy mountain atmosphere made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I loved that the hotel is so close to the lake, and local dining. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our visit seamless. Definitely a place I’d return to.'

'Clean room, cozy cabin decor, microwave and keurig and fridge for cooking/eating, gas fireplace/stove for heat, comfy bed, self check in, shampoo/conditioner in shower, earplugs and white noise machine, stand up and ceiling fan. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants and shops. Has access to a bigger kitchen but did not check that out. '

'The Alder Inn is very well located in South Lake Tahoe. Nice setting, very close to the beach and about a 30-minute walk to the stores and restaurants in Heavenly Village. Property seems a bit dated and it is a bit weird that there is no staff on-site. This did not hinder my stay however. The rooms could use a bit of an update, to bring them a bit more into 2024. But it was comfortable, rooms are spacious and it's very easy to get too.'
