« Overall disappointing. Noisy floor to walk on, hard pillows. No staff on duty. A card that would not work to open front entrance door. Had to make several phone calls to owners for help. »

« The room was incredibly poorly stocked - we booked for 5 people and had cutlery and crockery for 2. The fridge and aircon were not on on arrival and the temp that day was 39 degrees. The website is listed as access to a pool which is why we booked - only to find the pool is the local public pool not “nearby” at all and another cost on top of the stay. Very misinformed. »

« Property is fantastic. Property owner was very good to deal with. However, the advertised pricing for property was not accurate. The advertised price was for 10 people. We had 6 people going so i booked it thinking i m paying for 10. Later 3 more people joined in, so 9 in total. I was told by property i had to pay for the 3 people. So i explained to him that the way Stayz advertised it was not accurate then. He was helpful though and could see where i was coming from. He did not charge extra and...
