'De accommodatie was heel fijn en zeer rustig gelegen in het bos. Voor sfeer en gezelligheid is het een 10 op 10. Het was een prettig verblijf voor 2 nachten en uitstekend gelegen ten opzichte van Ballatar en omgeving.'

'Goed en net hotel. We hebben uiteindelijk ook gegeten in het hotel en dat was van goede kwaliteit. De kamer zelf was klein maar was compleet. Waterdruk van douche is rampzalig, we hebben dit gemeld maar schijnt te maken te hebben met oudheid van het gebouw.'

'We arrived late after dinner in Gino’s a nice little Italian restaurant in Stonehaven. Michelle got us acquainted and quickly checked in leaving us a nice homemade tasty chocolate treat which went great with our early morning coffee. David “Bend it like Beckham” (kidding) greeted us for breakfast leaving a plate of Scottish Pancakes that brought back fond childhood memories. Breakfast was superb. 'Juist in de badkamer hebben we op de vloer en in de badkamer wel wat haren terug gevonden die niet van ons waren. Spijtig want verder was het proper. Waarschijnlijk overgezien.'

'We loved staying at the Leslie Castle. John & Nicole were great. We came by train and then planned to go by Uber to the Castle and found the one driver was on holiday. John & Nicole were so gracious to come and pick us up. Food was great. Nicole does a history of the castle after dinner each night which was so enjoyable and a tour of the castle. Our room was huge and we loved every minute of it. We walked to the little Hamlet of Leslie and met some of the locals. The weather was great...
