'We had zero hot water the entire stay. Every guest had to take freezing cold showers. Not only was the water freezing, neither shower drained properly so we had to stand in other people’s shower water.'

'We had a wonderful time staying at the Driftwood Lodge, exploring Abingdon, biking on the trail, and hiking. The house is in a safe, beautiful location. The house is well-stocked and well-equipped for entertainment. We enjoyed the firepit, the game room, streaming a movie, sitting on the balconies, and walking through the neighborhood to the lake.'
