Julie took good care of us and was easily reached.The home is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as a wonderful walk along the river. I highly recommend staying here. It was one of the best vacations I've ever had.'

'The property was beautifully decorated and Danielle was great with her communications, directions were very helpful. I stayed as a base for the Hay festival and enjoyed the peace and quiet. It had a lovely outside area and comfy bed. Everything you might need was provided and the hosts were on hand but not intrusive. '

A few issues - a broken toilet seat which would have been obvious to the cleaner before we came, so not sure how long it's been broken, a very wobbly broken tap in the bathroom too. No bin bags in the bins, and the bathroom bin had no insert so the rubbish would have just gone on the floor, so again cleaner issues presumably.
